Beet Balsamic, one of our unique in-house creations, is a crunchy pickled beetroot. The secret to its crunchiness is that we don’t fully cook them. The beets are parboiled to obtain our signature crunchy sticks that are then pickled in a brine made with a blend of red wine & balsamic vinegars, infused with grape glaze, cinnamon and clove.
Loaded with antioxidants, beetroots are one of the best brain foods. Beet Balsamic is the best to throw in a salad or eat as a side to your meals and sandwiches.
This product must be refrigerated and will last over x months. The cinnamon sticks in the jar should be discarded.
